Drawings for Custom Multiphoton Microscope: This ZIP file contains a collection of engineering drawings for a custom multiphoton microscope developed by and used in the Strother Lab. This microscope has a number of useful features including a large vield of view, large diameter collection path, nearly diffraction limited DMD-based photoactivation system, and ability to rotate by 90deg to accomodate different preparations. Neuron Image Analysis Toolkit: This MATLAB toolbox was developed by and is used in the Strother Lab to analyze calcium imaging data. It provides functionality similar to hyperstacks in ImageJ, with the added feature that the user can rapidly switch between different indexing conventions (e.g., time, corresonding stimulus condtion, replicate, etc).
Larval Proving Grounds: This MATLAB toolbox was developed by and is used in the Strother Lab to analyze zebrafish larvae movements.
OSIV PIV Software: This software suite was developed by and is used in the Strother Lab for particle image velocimetry and particle tracking velocimetry.
